COVID-19 Safety
To ensure the health and safety of all conference attendees and staff, ICMB will require proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 for all registered participants. Vaccines accepted will include those US FDA approved or authorized, as well as vaccines with an emergency use listing (EUL) from the World Health Organization (WHO). Conference attendees will be asked to show vaccination cards at registration check in.
During the conference, ICMB XI will follow all current U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as any state or local ordinances. Hand sanitizer will be provided around the venue. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own coffee mugs, water bottles and face coverings. Whether face coverings will be required indoors during the conference will be determined closer to the conference date. The most current policies regarding COVID-19 safety at the conference will be updated on the conference website 2 weeks prior to the conference. If any updates are made after this date, but prior to the conference, all registered attendees will receive an email with updated information.
By registering for the conference, you agree to abide by the policies stated above and agree to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.
Please direct any questions about this and any other policies to our email.
