Refund Policy
ICMB XI will be a fully in-person conference. The conference organizers have established the following registration cancellation and refund policy:
- If an attendee cancels their registration before March 1, 2023, a full refund will be provided, less a $75 administrative fee.
- If an attendee cancels their registration between March 1, 2023 and April 1, 2023, a 50% refund will be provided.
- If an attendee cancels their registration April 2, 2023 or later, no refund will be provided but the registration can be transferred to another person.
Written notification of cancellation must be sent to our email address by the appropriate date.
