Refund Policy
ICMB XII will be a fully in-person conference. The conference organizers have established the following registration cancellation and refund policy:
- If an attendee cancels their registration before July 1st, 2025, a full refund will be provided, less a $75 administrative fee.
- If an attendee cancels their registration between July 1st, 2025 and August 1st, 2025, a 50% refund will be provided.
- If an attendee cancels their registration August 2nd, 2025 or later, no refund will be provided but the registration can be transferred to another person.
Written notification of cancellation must be sent to our email address by the appropriate date.
