Personal data is collected through forms linked from the conference website. ICMB collects the minimum amount of information necessary to provide you with access to conference activities and services. By providing this information, you consent to its collection for the sole purpose of conference attendance and planning.
Access to your personal information
Personal information collected by the ICMB XI Local Organizing Committee will not be shared beyond the organizers of this conference, with the exception of name, email, and institution which will be passed on to the next conference organizers for the purposes of maintaining the conference email list. Personal information for some activities, including registration, is processed by secure third-party service providers as trusted data processors on behalf of ICMB (e.g., PayPal, Oxford Abstracts, Ltd., or Mailchimp).
Protection of your personal information
Personal information collected by ICMB is stored by secure third-party service providers (e.g., PayPal, Oxford Abstracts, Ltd., or Mailchimp), or on secure servers maintained by the host institution. Any personal information stored on host institution servers will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for conference planning.
