The Society for the Study of Marine Bioinvasions' Scientific Steering Committee, the ICMB Local Organizing Committee, and current and future ICMB participants deeply appreciate your gift!

To complete your donation online, please click one of the buttons below. You will be taken to a donation page hosted by PayPal, our payment processor. Donations can be made via credit or debit card, or via a PayPal account (you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete payment).

Instructions

1. Click on the appropriate button to begin your donation.
2. On the payment screen, enter the amount of your donation, in U.S. dollars (if you received an invoice from us, please refer to it for this number).
3. Depending on your preference, click either the Donate with PayPal button, or the Donate with Debit or Credit Card button.
4. If you received an invoice from us, please include the invoice number in a note with your payment by clicking Add a note to your donation (PayPal payment) or Write a note (debit or credit card payment). If your donation has a specific earmark, please also include this in your note.

Please note that we can only accept online payments made in U.S. dollars. If this will be a problem for you, please contact us immediately via email to discuss alternative payment options.

Next Steps

Once our Treasurer has confirmed receipt of your donation, we will send you a confirmation letter for your records, including details on any benefits your sponsorship carries.

Sponsor Recognition

To make sure you receive the full benefit of recognition for your contribution, please send us:

• A logo image for your organization, suitable for use on the web.
  • If your sponsor benefits include recognition in printed conference materials, please also send us a high-resolution file suitable for print (minimum 200 dpi).
• A brief description (~50 words) of your organization's mission or activities related to marine bioinvasions.

These materials can be sent to your contact, or to the conference email.

Optional Registration Ticket and Field Trip Benefits

If your sponsorship level carries optional complimentary registration or field trip tickets, here's how to claim those benefits:

After you receive your confirmation letter, reach out to your contact (or to the conference email) to let us know that you would like to take advantage of your optional registration or field trip ticket benefits. Include the name(s) of the attendee(s) who will be using the benefits.

For registration ticket benefits, we will respond with a coupon code and instructions for using it to access your free registration(s). For field trip ticket benefits, we will reach out to sign you up for your preferred field trip as soon as we've finalized the field trip options.
